Orderly Meetings is a meeting and records platform for church assemblies: sessions, boards, and vestries run every meeting and keep every record in one place, from the first agenda to the sealed minutes and records review.^1 Built by a Presbyterian clerk, it is designed for Presbyterian and Reformed denominations, including the PCA, PCUSA, EPC, ARP, OPC, and RPCNA, with checklists and templates customizable to a church's own Book of Church Order.^1
The agenda and the minutes are the same document. A clerk builds the agenda in sections, shares it with the moderator, and one click turns it into live minutes when the meeting opens.^2 Attendance, motions with movers and seconds, amendments, votes, and attachments are captured live, and when the minutes are approved they are sealed to the record, permanent and searchable, with a clean Minutes Packet export.^2 A file cabinet keeps every file foldered by meeting.^4
For presbytery review committees, Review & Control publishes the review checklist once, and sessions submit their records inside the platform rather than by mail or email.^3 An AI pre-check reads each packet first, extracts the meeting data, and flags findings against the checklist, noting what is a matter of form and what is a matter of substance. Reviewers then work from the findings side by side with the record, and can accept, edit, or overrule the AI.^3 The company says this can take a 30-church presbytery's review cycle from roughly 215 hours to about 21, with findings returned while the clerk still remembers the meeting.^3 A read-only MCP server also lets an assembly connect its own AI assistant to its sealed record and ask questions in plain language.^5
Orderly Meetings was created by Presbyterian clerks, for Presbyterian clerks.^6 It was built in the PCA, and Elliott Wood is a co-founder; he signs the company's letters to clerks and review committees.^4 The company is based in Franklin, Tennessee.^7 One Presbyterian church executive director puts it this way:^1
"If you can bring redemption to the brokenness of session minutes and agendas, it should be great evidence of God's promise of making all things new." — Church Executive Director, Presbyterian^1
Pricing is a free tier for one assembly, plus a paid Silver subscription with unlimited users, and Review & Control is an add-on for review committees and presbyteries. All features are available in a 90-day free trial, with no credit card required.^4
