Founded by Oluseye Ashiru — an author, certified executive leadership coach, and psychotherapist based in Edmonton, Canada — Families Arising has served families for over twelve years, reaching more than 349,000 people across 205+ countries through conferences, retreats, books, and a companion podcast.^3 In April 2026, the ministry launched the Family Ambassador Mentoring Experience (FAME), a three-level pathway for Kingdom leaders called to serve families in the home, church, and community.^4
