Our mission is to support your spiritual journey by connecting you with resources that enhance your faith and daily walk with God. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS).
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing faith.tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Account Registration and Use
We now offer account registration for creators of tools listed on faith.tools. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct
You agree to use faith.tools only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. In the event of account termination, we may remove or delete any content associated with your account without warning.
For anyone trying to compromise the integrity or security of faith.tools, we also reserve the right to block your IP address to maintain the safety and functionality of our platform.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
faith.tools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless faith.tools, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the faith.tools services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the faith.tools services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and faith.tools shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Oklahoma, USA, and you hereby accept and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts with respect to any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of these Terms of Service.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the party to be determined in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

faith.tools may contain links to external websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that faith.tools shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms of Service unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
