ChurchTrac is an all-in-one church management platform that brings the everyday work of a church into one place: a member database, giving, accounting, worship planning, messaging, scheduling, events, and child check-in.^1 It is built for churches of every size and denomination, from new church plants to large ministries.^1
The platform covers the full range of church office work: a people database, email and messaging, online and text giving, check-in and attendance, groups and registrations, volunteer scheduling, events and calendar, worship planning, automations, fund accounting, and budgeting and reporting.^1 Church Connect, included with every subscription at no extra cost, serves as the church's website, mobile app, and member portal, where members can update their profiles, register for events, and give online.^1 Companion apps for worship teams and child check-in round out the set.^1 Support comes from a US-based team offering free one-on-one workshops, weekly live training webinars, and hundreds of tutorial videos and help articles.^1
ChurchTrac has served churches since 2002 and is now trusted by over 14,000 churches worldwide.^2 Founder and CEO Byron Tedder started it because, in his words, "all the other platforms were expensive and overly complicated for the average local church."^4 Before ChurchTrac, he served on staff at multiple churches in Northeast Florida as a worship leader and executive pastor.^4 The company describes its two founding commitments as "Intentionally Affordable" and "Partner in Ministry," summed up as "your mission becomes ours."^1
Pricing is subscription-based and scales with the number of people a church tracks, with every feature included in every tier rather than sold piece by piece.^3 Churches can start with a 30-day free trial, with no credit card required.^3
