Keeping the people you love safe should not require constant checking or a complicated setup. I'M SAFE is a free personal safety app for iPhone and Android, built for individuals, families, and trusted groups.^1
The core feature is Bubbles: private, invite-only circles for people you trust. Each Bubble has its own sharing choice, so you decide when location sharing starts and stops, and every location shows when it was last updated. Journeys let invited people follow one trip until you end it. Zones save places such as home or work and send arrival or departure updates to chosen Bubble members. Bubble Chat keeps coordination in the same place, and the Bubble map also shows weather where your people are.^1
SOS alerts the eligible Bubble contacts you selected and shares your live location while the alert is active. I'M SAFE does not contact police, ambulance, or fire services, and in immediate danger you should call your local emergency number.^1 Other tools include Anonymous Record, Fake Call on Android, Local Helplines, and, in India where enabled, Ask for Help, a private request to I'M SAFE support that Bubble members cannot see.^1 A moderated Community space is available to eligible users in select cities for safety-focused conversation and local map observations.^2
The free app works on its own, with no device required. I'M SAFE Plus adds more history, Private Vault creation and storage, organisation, and Bubble capacity. The Vault keeps selected notes, photos, files, and recordings on your device, protected by encryption and device authentication.^1 Optional hardware works alongside the app: Bluetooth SOS Tags, including a rechargeable, water-resistant Pro model, work through a nearby paired phone and are not standalone GPS trackers, and standalone personal alarms sound a siren without a phone.^1 Plan benefits and pricing for Plus are shown in the app before purchase, and optional hardware is sold separately.^2
I'M SAFE is built by twin brothers Samson and Giftson Selladurai, with documented ties to the global Christian tech community, including a feature in Vishal Mangalwadi's Revelation Movement publications.^3
