GotQuestions.org exists for the Bible question that will not sit still. S. Michael Houdmann launched the site in February 2002 to help people find Scripture-grounded answers online. The ministry calls itself Christian, evangelical, theologically conservative, and nondenominational, and it aims to come alongside the Church rather than replace it.^1

Houdmann, the CEO, stays in that process; he studied at Calvary University, Calvary Theological Seminary, and Dallas Theological Seminary.^1 More than 200 volunteer writers help grow an archive the homepage describes as over 10,000 published answers, with a path to ask a new question when something is missing.^2
Sister sites include BibleRef.com for verse-by-verse commentary, CompellingTruth.org, 412teens.org, and GQKidz.org, and the history page records translations into 205 languages.^2^5 The free app carries the archive on iPhone and Android: search and read offline, save favorites, download updates, and submit a question.^6^8 Donations support the work from Colorado Springs.^9 The website also lets readers switch among several English Bible translations while they study.^3
