Running a local church means navigating everything from sermon planning to kids ministry to small group curriculum — and doing it well takes more than passion alone. ICF EQUIP is a free resource-sharing platform built by the ICF Movement (International Christian Fellowship) to equip church and team leaders with proven, ready-to-use ministry tools.^1
The platform offers a growing library of resources including complete message series with outlines, graphics, and videos; ministry manuals covering events, youth, kids, and small groups; practical video teachings on leadership and Bible topics; job descriptions for church roles; and small group study materials.^2 The content spans both German and English, reflecting ICF's roots as a church movement born in Zurich, Switzerland that now encompasses over 80 churches across 13 countries on three continents.^3
What sets EQUIP apart is its origin inside a real church-planting movement. These aren't theoretical resources — they've been developed and tested in the trenches of local church life across the ICF network. The platform was designed with intuitive search, effective categorization, and user-friendly listings, handling a diverse range of multilingual assets.^4
ICF EQUIP is free to register, even for churches outside the ICF network. ICF Network member churches get full access, and any department, team, or group leader in a local church can sign up.^1
