If you've ever wished for a Bible study app that was exclusively Reformed, completely free, and genuinely easy to use — Relight is the answer to that prayer. Built for anyone who wants to dig into Scripture alongside the great Reformed confessions and commentaries without navigating a maze of menus or spending a dime.^1

Relight is a web app featuring the KJV and ESV translations, the Greek New Testament, and the Hebrew Old Testament, along with commentaries from John Calvin, Matthew Henry, Matthew Poole, and Charles Hodge. It also includes the Westminster Standards, the 1689 London Baptist Confession, the Heidelberg Catechism, the Canons of Dort, Calvin's Institutes, and more. What makes it stand out is its in-line study system: tap a lightbulb icon on any verse, catechism question, or confession article, and cross-references, commentaries, and backlinks appear right where you're reading — no tabs, no panes, no friction.^2

Relight was born in 2017 on Lord's Day walks between David and Sarah Mikucki, a husband-and-wife team of confessionally Reformed Presbyterians and members of the RPCNA. David taught himself web development to build it, and the couple launched the app in fall 2018 with just the KJV and a set of cross-references. It has grown steadily since then.^3
