CLI began as leadership training in 2018 at Definition Church.^2 I found a Course Builder, interactive assignments, ready-made courses, discussion boards, on-demand lessons, badges and progress tracking, white-label branding, and an admin dashboard.^3 Teams use it for church staff, residents, volunteers, classrooms, and Christian businesses.^1
The site dates the learner community to 2021 and says 2,000+ people have gone through it; CLI also lists 160 courses and values that begin with “Jesus is our focus.”^4 I confirmed matching learner apps on the App Store and Google Play from Cultivate Leadership Institute.^5 It is subscription-based with a free trial.^7
