Zúme Training takes its name from the Greek word for yeast in Matthew 13:33 — ordinary people, using ordinary resources, with exponential impact for the kingdom.^1 It is a free course for groups of Jesus followers who want practical skills for making disciples and starting simple churches.^2
The course covers 32 concepts and skills across 20 hours, mixing short videos, discussion questions, and simple exercises.^3 Practices include S.O.A.P.S. Bible study, accountability groups, a three-minute testimony, prayer walking, and the 3/3 group meeting pattern.^3 Those 20 hours can follow a 10-session schedule of two-hour meetings, often weekly; a slower 20-session pace; or a compressed Intensive of five four-hour blocks.^3
The same course runs from a browser presenter, a free PDF guidebook with QR-coded videos, or PowerPoint and Keynote slides for places with weak internet.^4 Free registration includes materials and online coaching; groups can also request a free coach.^2 The homepage lists 50+ languages.^2
