Users can drag and drop spiritual disciplines into a customized plan of daily, weekly, and monthly practices that are unique to them. The tool allows users to select spiritual disciplines and add suggested activities or create their own to build daily, weekly, and monthly habits for various aspects of life, such as exercise, sleep, family rhythms, and more. Once complete, the user's Rule of Life can be viewed and edited on their dashboard, and it can also be downloaded and printed as a physical reminder of their new habits and rhythms.
