Church Media Squad is a remote creative team that takes on graphics, video, websites, social media, and branding for churches, so pastoral staff can stay with people instead of a design queue.^1 Michael Tuszynski, a former youth and worship pastor, founded the company in September 2017 from Herriman, Utah. His aim is to help churches spread the Gospel through media, and he is working toward a Master of Divinity at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.^2
On a monthly subscription, churches send requests to a Squad of church creatives — many of them former church staff — rather than hiring in-house.^1 Five departments cover graphic design, video, sermon-based social, branding, and websites, with revisions included and source files kept by the church.^3 All-In adds a named account manager who learns the church's voice and weekend rhythm.^5
The public roster lists more than fifty creatives, including Director of Creative Direction Skyler Stigmon.^1 The company says it has served more than 3,000 churches since 2017 and designed more than 300,000 pieces.^1 Partners include Radiant Printing, the Assemblies of God's Church Multiplication Network, Switcher Studio, and the First Impressions Conference.^7
