Bible Notes helps you stay in the sermon when a verse is called. Type a reference and Auto-Complete drops the full passage into your notes so you can write on the text without leaving the app.^1
You can record the service you are in, and timestamps let you jump back to that moment in the recording. Notes are tagged to the pastor, date, and theme, so a series or topic stays findable later, and you can share insights with others in your faith community.^1
The built-in Bible reader offers multiple versions and languages, plus fonts, colors, and highlights. A B.R.E.A.D. devotion method gives personal devotion a simple daily rhythm for responding to Scripture.^1 The Bible itself stays free to read; the site presents a coming subscription that pays for the notes features, not the Word.^1
The vision reaches back to 1921, when the founder's great-grandparents George and Jessie Walker went to China as Salvation Army officers. Their refugee ministry sent 12,000 families home with a Bible, and George later prayed with men in Shanghai's prison. The great-grandson built Bible Notes with a free Bible so Jesus can be known digitally, in China and around the world.^3 Every download is presented as putting 50 Bibles in someone's own language.^1 It is available on iOS and Android.^4
